Which environments no longer support me the way that I need?
Which environments are serving me well?
You have environments in the following three key areas of your life. Here are some coaching questions that will help you do a quick evaluation of the effectiveness of your environments.
Where do you study?
How do you prefer learning?
What do you do to sharpen your mindset each day?
What do you read?
How often do you read?
How and where do you journal to capture your biggest and best ideas?
What do you do to nourish your body?
Where do you go to keep your body fit and in peak condition?
Where do you sleep?
How much sleep do you get?
Is your sleep the best it can be?
Do the people you spend the most time with lift you up and support you?
Where do you go to build your personal faith?
How often do you do the inner work of developing your faith and personal beliefs?
What group or association could you join that would help you get better in some area of your life?
This week, review all your environments and identify just one environment that you will make a small change to. Let us know which environment you will upgrade this week. This doesn't have to cost a lot of time or money to do this. Around you now are many excellent environments that you can insert yourself into... all it takes is some focus and creativity on your part.
