97% of the goal feels awesome.

It will be a close finish to reach our sunrise 90-day goal, but we are prepared for it. The shots coming in below are from a new location that Samurai Claire showed me on one of our recent early morning hikes. Samurai Claire has been a faithful companion and supporter in this pursuit of the sunrise goal challenge.

Oct 3:

We were a little worried that given yesterday’s gloomy morning that today would have been a miss. We looked outside early and the clouds were present and somewhat intimidating. But we pressed on.

This is akin to the person who tells you that you cannot do something. I say, “prove them wrong and find out why”. Find out why you can’t reach your goal only after you’ve tried 10 or 20 ways to get there.

Today was an absolutely amazing fall sunrise. We are steps away from reaching our 90 day sunrise goal. These two pictures showed us Mr. Sun just beginning to crest the horizon.

Then look at this picture where the home is hiding the sun. You wouldn’t know that you were standing 30 feet from the best sunrise ever.

That is how it goes for you. You may be tempted to quit when you are only feet or inches away from the finish line. I encourage you to deeply ponder this thought and how it relates to your goal achieving plan.

Sept 30:

What a cold zero Celsius morning. The cloud cover reminded me how obstacles get in the way and block our sunrise. But behind the clouds is the sun. It is a faith in knowing what is there whether you can clearly see it in plain view today.

Having a vision, mission and a clear plan is critical.
